Yoga is meant to develop strength, flexibility and balance in the body while breathing mindfully. There are different types of yoga but all of them are very beneficial to your body and mind.
Yoga teaches us to confront our mental blocks, to go beyond our physical limits and to take what we learn on the mat with us into our daily life.
All my classes are one hour long and start with a mindful breathing exercise, a warming-up of the spine, followed by steady or moving poses. We end each class with a final relaxation.

Vinyasa is a more dynamic form of Yoga. It is best for intermediate and advanced yogis since the class is faster paced. Once you feel comfortable with the basic poses and Sun Salutation, you are ready to try out a Vinyasa class.
Vinyasa promotes strength, balance and flexibility and is an excellent way to keep in shape. It demands more on your body than Hatha Yoga, but there are also more physical results like toned arms, a flat stomach and sculpted legs.
