Lots of men are convinced they need to 'hit the gym' to build muscle. No need for that! Yoga uses your own bodyweight and resistance to build muscle mass. On top of that, yoga lenghtens your muscles and sends more oxygen to the muscles. More oxygen means faster recovery and faster growth!

As I desribed above, yoga builds muscle mass while lenghtening your muscles. It is this created length that gives us increased range of motion.
Lots of men do heavy weight lifting in the gym and don't stretch afterwards. The muscles keep getting shorter resulting in limited range of motion. Eventually, aches, discomfort and pain in the muscles arise.
3. Yoga improves sex
A study in the Journal of Sexual Medicine prooved that yoga enhances all sexual functions in men.
Yoga increases the blood flow to the genitals, increasing sexual performance. It also learn us to concentrate the mind and body, which at its turn, prevent premature ejaculation.

When my boyfriend took my class for the first time, the first thing he said was 'Wauw, yoga is super difficult' and the second thing was 'I feel great'.
